失眠當吃"生菜"
嚴重失眠﹐是否是身體累所積的壓力而造成?
頭痛得要命就像是被一塊大石頭壓住...呼吸系統也出現了問題...
很累....

    Aiyoyo, you need find ways to solve your problem.
    If like that .. cannot sleep .. will not healthy
